Biographical Information
Joel Patton is a six-year veteran of residential real estate and specializes in luxury properties including fine homes, lake properties, and equestrian facilities and estates.
Joel and his wife, Connie, have operated the Oak Patton Group under the umbrella of Shorewest Realtors, Wisconsin’s largest real estate company. During their time there, they were in the top ½ percent of the company’s 1,400 agents earning,s multiple National Sales and Presidents Club Awards. Both Joel and Connie are certified Luxury Marketing Specialists.
In 2007, Joel returned to Atlanta where he resided from 1985 to 2000 with the exception of a two-year stint in New York and Florida. His previous time in Atlanta was in the employ of the Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation in various capacities including Polo store management and southeastern sales executive for Polo menswear.
Connie Patton will be joining Joel sometime in early 2008 to continue in their real estate practice. Both are excited to delve into the vibrant Atlanta luxury real estate market.
Joel and Connie are the proud parents of a daughter, Lauren, who is a student at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and two sons, Brian and Daniel, who attend Riverwood High School. Joel is an avid horse enthusiast, an accomplished worship and arts vocalist, and is involved in several service organizations including the Roger’s Hospital Foundation Board.
